Sleep Your Way to Success

Oh, get your mind out of the gutter! At this point in a long week, you've put in long hours. It's been stressful! But the weekend is right around the corner - a new start and time to rest. That's why I thought it was appropriate to focus on one of the major things that you can do to improve your health - sleep.

No, I'm not taunting you. I'm victim of it too - working late, caffeinated, restless, the TV keeping you awake... But it's still something to strive for - so, pack it in 30 minutes early tonight. You'll thank me in the morning.
